WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and deliver product goals, requirements, and success metrics.
- Translate business needs and customer insights into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
- Support product strategy and roadmap development by gathering data, conducting analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure product solutions align with business and user needs.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and demos to drive clarity and alignment across teams.
- Contribute to the creation of project documentation—such as journey maps, process flows, and release plans.
- Analyze market or competitive trends to inform decision-making and product direction.
- Prepare presentations and reports that communicate progress, insights, and recommendations.
- 2–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis roles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to connect insights to action.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and requirements documentation.
- Curiosity about customer experience, digital products, and how technology drives business outcomes.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing project work is a bonus
- Exposure to journey mapping, roadmapping, or CX design tools is a bonus.
